I like how the diver is really taking a good dive and is going to plunge in. I also like the blue and purple of the waves. I would think about making some different size bubbles next time to vary things a bit.
i like how you made the diver a different color than anything else in the picture. i find it awesome that you drew a diver and had success. the colors go together good. i would add a stroke thing around the diver. thats all i would change.
Your swirls in the background have a very feminine feel, and I like that! I don't think anyone else has that. The silhouette contributes to the whole feminine thing you started with the background, so they match well. I would probably just change the color of your bubbles and waves, because they don't really seem to go with your background. Your background kinda sets your color scheme.

i like how the diver is angled the blue and purple work good, i like how there is almost nothing the same color as the diver
